By using the DesignSynq website and services you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

DesignSynq provides web design, development and related digital services. Specific scope, timeline and pricing are agreed in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Paystack or other agreed methods. Project work typically begins after receipt of any required deposit.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered website design and content created specifically for them (excluding third-party tools and our proprietary systems).

5. Limitation of Liability

DesignSynq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
